Why an ant?
Ants carry many times their weight and never complain about stairs. Toni started La Formiga in Sants with one van and a lot of fourth floors without lifts. He still drives most moves himself — which is why booking here doesn't need him to pick up the phone.
Questions people ask
Do you come to see the flat first?
No. Your inventory and the building details give us everything we need. The price you see is the price you pay.
What if my wardrobe doesn't fit in the lift?
We flag it while you build the inventory. Above the second floor with no lift we add an external furniture lift for €180, and we tell you before you book.
Who handles the street parking permit?
We do. Every booking creates a permit request 10 days before your move. It costs €25 and it's already in your price.
Can I change my date?
Yes, from your own move page. Free until 7 days before, €50 after that. Your old slot goes back to people on the waitlist.
What happens if I'm not packed?
You confirm you're packed by 18:00 the day before. If you don't, we nudge you, because unpacked flats cost paid hours.
