Terms of service

The price shown on this website is calculated from the inventory, addresses, floors and date you give us. It is a binding estimate as long as the information is accurate. If the real load is significantly larger, we will agree any difference with you before the work starts — never after.

Large or complex moves (over 20 m³, furniture lift, piano) are confirmed personally by Toni before the booking is final.

A 20% deposit secures your date. The rest is paid on moving day, by card or bank transfer, once the last box is inside.

• You can change your item list up to 24 hours before the move.
• You can change the date up to 36 hours before the move.
• Rescheduling less than 7 days before the move carries a €50 fee.
• Cancel 7 days or more before the move and your deposit is refunded in full. After that, the deposit covers the crew we reserved for you.

We don't transport hazardous materials, pets, or cash and valuables such as jewellery or documents — those travel best with you.

Everything we carry is covered by our goods-in-transit insurance. If something is damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will repair, replace or compensate it. We wrap furniture in blankets and film as standard; fragile items travel in the cab when needed.
